- We are trying to be as GREEN as possible and protect our beach and ocean using sustainable products and minimal plastic.
- Linens provided (bamboo and viscous eco friendly sheets) and towels for family of 10. New bedding, pillows, and Mattresses.
- Initial supply of paper products.
- There are 3 security cameras outside to monitor weather conditions.
general information
- State Taxes Apply / No Booking Fees
- 50% Due at booking and Balance due 30 Days prior to Check-in Date
- Prefer mailed checks or use of APPS as I incur a 3.5% credit card fee for charges
- $250 Damage Fee Hold to be returned at Checkout and Inspection if no damage incurred or loss of property.
- Mandatory cleaning fee $350 (Linens and towels included and start-up kit)
- Pet Fee $200 up to 3 pets (Ask host for any exceptions)
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
If cancellation needed, deposit may be applied to another available week in the future. Pro-rated Rental Fee refundable for missed nights if natural disaster and mandated island evacuation required.
