- No smoking or vaping in home or on porches
- No parties or events
- Every opportunity to accommodate early checkins and late checkouts will be made. During peak months this is not possible due to cleaning schedules.
general information
- We are trying to be as GREEN as possible and protect our beach and ocean using sustainable products and minimal plastic.
- Linens are cotton. New bedding, pillows, and mattresses.
- There are 2 security cameras outside to monitor weather conditions.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
- State and Local Accommodations Taxes Apply (12%) / No Booking Fees if booked direct
- 50% Due at booking and Remaining Balance due 30 Days prior to Check-in Date
- Prefer mailed checks or Zelle as I incur a 3.5% credit card fee for charges
- $30 Damage Waiver mandatory
- Cleaning fee is incorporated into total nightly amount. This is a $400 value. (Linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent included)
- Pet Fee: $200 for up to 3 pets (or an equal donation to qualified charities - see details here)
- Vacation Insurance is available through a 3rd party vendor. Very expensive. It is optional for your stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation is needed, deposit may be applied to another available week in the future. Pro-rated Rental Fee refundable for missed nights if natural disaster and mandated island evacuation required.
