50% required at booking with balance due 30 days prior to stay. Guests must sign contract and provide current Federal ID with picture. We accept all forms of Credit Cards, ZELLE, or ACH.
Must be 26 or older to book. Family get-togethers at discretion of owner.
Disclaimer: There are 4 security cameras outside to monitor weather conditions and a Bird Reel which is used intermittently. Tampering with these items will result in immediate eviction.
If cancellation is needed, deposit may be applied to another available week in the future. Pro-rated Rental Fee refundable for missed nights if natural disaster and mandated island evacuation required.
